BioCharge Carbon Boost is a New Zealand-made biological soil foundation treatment designed to rebuild soil structure, restore microbial activity, and help nutrients perform more efficiently. Combining charged biochar, fish hydrolysate, seaweed tonic, and molasses, Carbon Boost helps create a stronger biological foundation for improved root-zone performance, better moisture handling, and more consistent pasture or crop response over time.
How It Works
- Charged biochar provides stable carbon structure and habitat for beneficial microbes, helping improve soil aggregation, nutrient holding, and root-zone efficiency.
- Fish hydrolysate supplies readily available organic nitrogen and amino compounds to feed both plant and soil biology.
- Seaweed tonic supports microbial stimulation, root activity, and adds naturally occurring micronutrients.
- Molasses feeds soil bacteria and helps drive biological activity in the soil profile.
Because the biochar is already charged and biologically active, Carbon Boost helps avoid the nutrient tie-up sometimes associated with raw carbon applications.

Application Guidelines
BioCharge Carbon Boost is designed for use as a soil or pasture spray using standard spray equipment suitable for biological liquids.
Recommended Application
- Apply at 30L/ha per application.
- Apply 3 times, 7 days apart.
- Total treatment rate is 90L/ha.
- For a quicker response option, apply the full 90L/ha in one application.
Water Volume
- Use a typical water volume of 1 part BioCharge Carbon Boost to 2 parts water minimum per hectare.
Pack Size & Coverage
- Supplied in a 1,000L IBC.
- Approximate total coverage per IBC is 11 hectares.

- Apply when soils are active and moisture is present.
- Autumn and spring are ideal windows for biological soil work.
- Agitate thoroughly before use.
